5.0 star rating 3/30/2021 I was on the fence about a new car and couldn't decide on Nissan or Toyota. After looking at the car profiles online, I thought I would go with Nissan as I disliked the grille on the Toyota's. I made a good choice. I worked with Quinn Sassone and he helped me make my decision with no pressure at all. He showed me the models I was interested in, I took them for a test drive and made my decision. I believe I got a very decent price, the deal was made and I went home with my new Nissan Sentra. Quinn was a great help and made me very comfortable. Got a decent price on my trade-in, too. All in all, if you are looking for a Nissan and hate the "buying a new car" hassle, I recommend seeing Quinn. A nice, accommodating young man. I love the no pressure way of doing business. Very satisfied.

My husband and I decided to purchase a used car, as our car at the time had over 183,000 miles on it. We went to 2 other , but neither one were willing to help up. We decided to go to this one because , well it was close to home. We were in contact with Eric Breed, and decided to go look one last time. Eric went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. He got us a great deal on our car, and instead of purchasing a used car, we got a gorgeous 2019 Rogue, with a great price. Also want to give a huge shout out to Mike Webster, for helping us with financing and throwing in an extended warranty for mere $20 more a month. We will never go to another dealership, and I will be telling everyone I know that this is the place to go.
Picked up a used Rogue Sport today for my wife. The process for trade in and purchase was extremely easy. The final "checkout" with the finance manager went faster than any time I've purchased a vehicle before so that was nice as well to wrap up quickly at the end. Very courteous and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased by the overall service I received from Robert Lisella and the team. I came to the dealership with a used/low mileage vehicle already in mind. Unfortunately that vehicle was no longer there by the time I got there. Bob was extremely patient with me and found a similar vehicle for me without trying to push me into buying a new vehicle. In fact, the car he found for me was better than what I had originally went there for. Bob went through all the car's features and compared the different models to show me where my car stacked up in the Rogue class. The test drive was extremely informative through both Bob's knowledge of the vehicle and Bob allowing me to test out all the features first-hand. They gave me an extremely fair price for my trade-in, even better than the KBB price by quite a bit. I couldn't purchase the vehicle that day but I did put a deposit down and although the rest of the buying process took 3 hours the next day, Bob helped me with making sure I could transfer all my stuff from my old car to my new car and even put on my new license plate for me. Mike Webster made the financial part of it very easy and explained everything concisely and thoroughly. Overall this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Steve Ball worked with me over a 2 month period to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted when my lease was up on my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Steve went above and beyond to research and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Steve and this dealership to anyone leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. And, their service department is good to work with too.
My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. The process was quite simple, and the employees were a pleasure to work with. We did not experience any “pressure to buy.” With two young children, the employees were accommodating and patient. The play area for kids was great. My daughter loved the popcorn!
Spent the last few weeks online shopping for a Titian. Nissan offered some nice deals this month and also some incentives. Did most of my work with Eric via email, text and some calls. He was very helpful and did a lot of leg work for me. Trev quickly worked up numbers on a few scenarios and Mike was great to work with for financing. I had previously leased three vehicles through #1 Cochran Nissan South Hills, and was ecstatic when they acquired another Nissan dealership in my community. My husband and I went to the new Cranberry dealership, unsure of how our experience would be due to the recent transition. We were immediately greeted by Quinn, who welcomed us and was very attentive to our needs. Being long-time Nissan customers, we knew exactly what we were looking for, but also wanted to explore some options, and Quinn was very respectful and patient with us. He introduced us to Trevor, who assisted in preparing different estimates for a few vehicles we were interested in.
