I adore Mark, the service manager. I am always pleased with the quality of the work and customer service. I also very much appreciated the waiting area with vending machines, electrical outlets, desks, wifi, etc. I had to work remotely while I was there and couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

I purchased a new 2020 Rogue, after signing all the papers they informed me of a small clerical error in the Trade-in value of my car, $1000.00 to my credit! They cut me a check for the $1000.00 and apologize for the mistake. What kind of dealership is this!! An honest one!? WOW, thank you Cochran Nissan of Cranberry. Also I know from first hand experience their service dept. is second to none. This is an honest account, I have no connections to the dealership.
They are very friendly, and they have coffee and popcorn if you are waiting.
