Spent the last few weeks online shopping for a Titian. Nissan offered some nice deals this month and also some incentives. Did most of my work with Eric via email, text and some calls. He was very helpful and did a lot of leg work for me. Trev quickly worked up numbers on a few scenarios and Mike was great to work with for financing. My experience at Cochran Nissan Cranberry with Sales Consultant, Quinn Sassone, was smooth sailing from start to finish. Quinn contacted me within minutes of receiving my inquiry by email and by that evening I had bought my Rogue! The entire, positive experience was expertly handled by Quinn who was personable, polite, and knowledgeable. I was also pleased to learn that Quinn is a graduate from the Butler Area School District where I currently teach. Mike Webster in finance was equally pleasant and experienced. In addition, I was appreciative that both of these gentlemen stayed well beyond showroom hours to conduct the transaction in order to accommodate my work schedule. Fast and friendly service
Recently bought a truck from Nissan in Cranberry. We had a tight window to purchase the vehicle as my wife was going out of town for a week. Our salesman and the finance dept both went out of their way to make the process easy and stress free. They even went to my wife's work so she could sign the paperwork before she left for vacation. Then all I had to do was drop off our trade and sign myself. We got a great truck at a great price and had great service! Not much else we could ask for in a dealership!

As soon as you arrive at the dealership you feel welcomed. The building is inviting, lobby is welcoming, and the general atmosphere is calming.
